I contracted with them for some stucco repair. Quote was $1,000 and it seemed reasonable to me. Told me everything that was wrong with the original work and repaired the areas. Two years later everything fell apart. I called and Mom and Dad did come over. Well it is only guaranteed for one year. What? Stucco for one year!! Never informed about that.
