Of course what I wanted from Perez was a bid from them on the roof replacement job. No bid. No communication. Nothing for weeks. Then a telephone message soliciting information about my plans for the project. I can only conclude that Perez lived up to its fearsome reputation for taking only jobs at overpriced rates.
