Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this OBGYN treat you with respect? Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. He ever seldom sees his patients and has his nurse practioner see to everything.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Did this OBGYN fully explain your treatment's risks and benefits? No, not really Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
