Great video consultation. I agreed to the retainer fee at end of video call and immediately got a review text,this one but they never sent the contract or followed up to contact me on paying it so ,not sure what to say other than go in person so you get service right away without wondering when they will bill you or start working for you. Can not comment on results since they never sent me the paperwork! Have a good day.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! We hired them for an HOA case and they billed over 30k in less than 1 year and withdrew when we informed them no more $ (with only 2 documents filed and didn't even get to mediation). There is overcharging, lack of communication and incompetence, and poor customer service with no response. Don't be fooled by their Google reviews - only 3.75% related to actual case handling and those reviews are NOT good. The majority of their reviews center around their webinar and that is it.
Not reliable people! They do consultations and then they will keep dragging you around like a worthless guy. Definitely I don't recommend even a consultations.
