My 79-year-old mother-in-law recently had an appointment at this office to have six teeth extracted. Prior to the procedure, she was instructed to take Halcion. While we understood that sedation would be involved, we were completely unprepared for the condition she was in when she was discharged. My appointment was at 4:15. I get a phone call at 4:01, asking if I was on my way. I said yes… I’m in the parking lot. The woman said “oh sorry, I thought it was for 4, but your appointment is at 4:15!” No big deal. I go in and get checked in. 4:36 comes around, and I stated that to get a phone call asking where I was, 1 minute past an appointment time (that they misread), and then to have ME wait past time is a little odd. Today is my birthday & I’m feeling so good but my smile looks even better!!!! 😁 the way Dr Perez took care of me I cannot thank him enough. The experience from beginning to end was wonderful even through insurance hiccups which were fixed immediately! He fixed a smile that I had insecurities about before my braces. Thank you soooooo much ❤️
