We have had a hard time getting Perez to come as promised. We will not be continuing to use them. We typically had to text in order to get them to come. Last week, we had an event scheduled in our yard on Saturday and had asked for mowing on Thursday or Friday previous to the event. Finally half way through Friday, my husband texted to se did they were coming and they said they had “rescheduled due to rain.” We had to scramble to get someone else to mow. Sadly, I am unable to give Perez Lawn & Gardening Service a 5 STAR REVIEW. While I will always be grateful for his kindness, returning my lost purse, I am saddened and confused by the callousness regarding his commitment to provide LAWN SERVICE. He came out one time. I texted numerous times asking him to provide promised mowing. My lawn is a mess. Thank the Lord for kind neighbors. ..........
My yardman quit and I had decided to buy another mower and do it myself. I knew that it would be difficult to find someone else as I knew everyone was busy. Sure enough in making calls I discovered that was quite true BUT I Talked to Perez Lawn and he somehow juggled his schedule and worked me in. I am grateful for their kind consideration and hope to have a long business relationship. Oh yeah the work was done today and the yard looks great. Thank you!!!! Plus there is a problem area and I was given ideas. Best call I made.
