Best estimate out of all the landscapers i spoke too!!!! They did a wonderful job and left my yard looming super neat; Faustino went above and beyond and suggested more work without raising the price. I reccomend Perez Landscaping and the team.
I can’t recommend this company enough and have already referred them to a few friends. My yard had grubs last year and was in really bad shape this spring. They have already made a huge impact and do all the little things each week during normal maintenance that other companies don’t do. I can tell they take pride in their work. Hire them if you are in the area and are looking for great landscapers.

Perez Landscaping was amazing! Faustino responded right away to an estimate request on a Sunday!!! They did an entire spring clean up to our yard, including mulch and it looks wonderful! Honest, hardworking and priced very fair. I would highly recommend them and look forward to having them do more work for us! Thank you, Faustino and your crew!
I called Perez Landscaping last Tuesday and spoke with Faustino. He gave me a breakdown of the services offered and told me he'd swing by my house Friday afternoon to inspect my lawn so that he could give me an accurate price quote. On Friday, however, I called and left a voicemail because he never got back to me about the price quote. On Saturday, I text him and he does not respond at all and as of right now it's been a week. This is unprofessional.
