What a scam ! Made a appointment to treat belly fat and Handlebar fat. Paid my consult fee week before seeing the Doctor for Consult. They make you sign your payment charge . You fill out this form with personal information. Then to be seen by the Doctor who never even touched me. Spent no more than 5 minutes with me. Tells me I need to diet. He said he does not want to take my money. He sure took my $50.00 fast enough. What a waist of my time and money.
