Was calling to get an estimate for car insurance, and as soon as the lady answered she had such a rude tone and sounded annoyed. If you’re really trying to sale car insurance you would be nice and speak in a friendly manner. Ended up just hanging up, would never choose to do business with people who rude from the jump. Sales people need customer service retraining.
