I was provided excellent service! From beginning to end I received timely responses, the estimate by comparison beat the five competitors I received estimates from. The roof was done professionally, including tear-off, replacement of wood in problem areas, flashing, and clean up. I highly recommend this company for roofing needs!

I would highly recommend Perez Exteriors. They were very professional. They stayed in communication from start to finish. Removed 2 layers of shingles. And put new shingles on same day. They cleaned the gutters out. And cleaned up all the old debris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
100% the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!!! Andre and his crew did our roof a couple years ago, they did a great job. They were on time, very clean and definitely VERY honest. I had some rot in the plywood, he sent me pictures, explained everything to me and replaced it. He also recently came out and fixed a nail popping out on our chimney for our woodstove, no questions asked.
