100% the BEST of the BEST!!!!!!!! Andre and his crew did our roof a couple years ago, they did a great job. They were on time, very clean and definitely VERY honest. I had some rot in the plywood, he sent me pictures, explained everything to me and replaced it. He also recently came out and fixed a nail popping out on our chimney for our woodstove, no questions asked. Perez Home Improvement replaced our roof. He found an area that was bad and spoke to us before he fixed it explaining the additional cost to fix it. They also put siding on our house. He took all the old aluminum siding off and found a rotten area and fixed it with the left over wood from the roof. After the job clean up was amazing the home looked brand new.
