I have been a patient for over 10 years. He never dismisses any medical concerns. He is very kind and professional. His staff is always attentive.

Dr.Perez deliverd me, but in 2017 the quality of care of this office went down hill,waited upto 2 Hours just to be seen, I called and left messages about my hive outbreaks but NO REPLY I started just to go to the walk-in clinic. No testing was done to see if any my TSH or T4 is bad. When I switch to Parkview Physicans they did TSH, T4 Blood draws and other thyroid related blood test and come to found this all time my thyroid was the problem. I went 2 years without testing

I have been a patient of Dr. Perez's since I was 17 years old. Dr. Perez has been my Dr. throughout all my pregnancies. I have had 4. He has always been professional, caring, has answered all of my questions. I am 32 now and will never switch Dr.'s unless I absolutely have to. Dr. Perez see's all 4 of my children as well.

Went to ask questions about immunizations and basically told me at two separate days that he was dumbfounded I was able to go to public school (my family has had severe allergic reactions to vaccinations in the past) as well as I would infect people that would come into contact with me. Very unprofessional!! Would never recommend going there again.

I have now had two family members as patients of Dr. Perez and his staff. Although they were both under constant medical care they both died of long term illnesses that were not properly diagnosed by this doctor. Had they been diagnosed correctly both of their lives would have been extended. His attitude toward my family was unpleasant and his staff was also very rude. I do not recommend this doctor in any sort of form as we have already lost two great people.
