Stay away from Perez Hardscaping. Their corporate LLC entity was cancelled by the state of Delaware and these guys still illegally use this defunct LLC to obtain a business license. Furthermore, their insurance was cancelled for nonpayment. And the quality of their work is throughly substandard. They do not know how to repair a deck.
