Absolutely AWFUL SERVICE. Do NOT get work done through Home Depot or Lowe’s because chances are they’ll set you up with this company and they are a nightmare to work with. A few weeks after they put back the toilet and sink that they removed in one of our bathrooms in preparation for flooring we were getting done, our downstairs neighbor says she has a leak in her ceiling. They sent a technician out to look at it and they say they can’t see any visible leaks, so the owner, Roy, ends up calling and coming to check things out.... read more
Great experience with a new hot water heater from Home Depot. Installed within a hour and works perfectly! Whole process only took a week.
Had our old water heater replaced with a new one from Home Depot. Helpful customer service with a quote over the phone. Install in the garage (right by the garage door) was very quick and professional. Price was very reasonable. Inspector came out a week later. No issues. Would recommend for similar work!
Purchased a Toilet through Home Depot, Additionally, we purchased a professional installer, so I wouldn't have to deal with it. This is the company that was sent out to install it. Attempt 1. They installed the toilet. The Water tank was flapping around like it was ready to fall off. The toilet rocked forward and aft. I called them to come back out to fix it.
