I needed a finished attic, in order to access utilities and HVAC. The results exceeded my expectations greatly. Very professional, and completed in less than 6 hours.
Mr. Perez and his team did absolutely beautiful work on our house. Everything we asked him to do was in a timely manner. Perez contracting did an outstanding job redoing both of our entire bathrooms. Tiling, putting in new vanities and toilets. Redoing our backsplash and new countertops and replacing all doors. We had some concrete work done and electrical work done and a garage door. They did a fantastic job. And we look forward to using them in the future on future projects.
