Positives - Responsive, good communication and quick service. Negatives - the work was sub-par. I hired their team to put spindles on the deck. At some places they did not even bother putting in the nails to fix the spindles firmly or driving the nails all the way through. The place was left dirty with coffee cups and nails strewn all over the place. After reaching out to them, they apologized and offered to clean it up but never actually did. I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

Miguel Perez and his crew power washed and painted the entire exterior of my large home. They also removed several shrubs and landscaped the front of the house, They started work on Friday and had everything completed by the following Wednesday afternoon! Miguel has a large crew who worked together efficiently to get the work completed in record time. They cleaned up the premises before they left everyday. Mr. Perez came to my home to quote replacing my homes vinyl siding. He arrives, gets out of his truck and walks over to greet me, after a short conversation between us I ask him if I can show him around the home and shed I want resided. He says “sure” and proceeds to walk around the house. I was expecting him to go back to his truck to get a tape measure and pen/paper to write down measurements, that didn’t happen.
