I was in their office last week on behalf of my mother. While there I heard an associate getting yelled at in one of the offices which is highly unprofessional. It was along the lines of 'I don't care that XYZ is preventing you from doing your job, just get it done" but that's putting it politely. I also corroborate hearing personal details and names of clients being spoken about loudly in the office. I'll be looking elsewhere
Terrible, the lawyers are incompetent and heard them talking about other clients while I was in the office. How can I expect professionalism and respect as a client when they do not respect other clients. Please stay away!
