the guys nice BUT my husbands car was here for SEVEN months getting “fixed” after he hit a deer. FINALLY got it back & the dude used an after-market bumper - I’m sure because it’s cheaper. Well - the bumper never was correctly put on with new clips & literally shifted every time we drove it. I would take it to the dalles if you’re capable, Jacks did an amazing job refinishing the job that should’ve been done here.

This shop is the best in the Columbia river gorge for body work or apparently anything else they do, After getting the run around from other shops saying I have to leave my business service van for a week for a simple bumper replacement. I dropped it off at 8 AM and was done at 2 pm the the owner and employees are absolutely amazing 😀 It’s hard to find a great business anymore and this is definitely one of them thank you.
Absolutely the most helpful and kind people we have met in a long time. Assisted us with getting back on the road after a mishap while traveling from Canada. Thank you Andy and his father, we are so thankful. Highly recommended
