Terrible. Let me start by saying the communication from them is beyond awful. I called them and did research before hand everything seemed fine, it was nearby, good reviews thought it was perfect for my car repair. I had a scheduled appt at 10:30am on Friday morning and the car was towed there. It was almost 1pm Friday and I had not heard from them. I usually hate dealing with car repairs because I never know who to trust, but this place explained every charge clearly before touching anything. They fixed my leaking radiator and didn’t add random surprise fees at pickup. That alone earned my respect.
An excellent and honest shop full of hard workers. They had a 12-14 hour job done on my car in just a couple days During the repair of my car they understandably asked for a partial payment since i was doing a major 2000$ repair. After I made the payment they took me back to where my car was being worked on and showed me what they are doing, what was removed, and even allowed me to inspect my engine while it was taken apart.
