Where should I begin . I was scrolling on Facebook looking for some wheels for for a 2017 road glide and Harley custom garage parts comes up. I paid 800 on Sunday he stated . He was going to ship out Monday . Which was fine then I sent a message asking for the confirmation number. He say I’m going to send it over that was Tuesday .
