Excellent staff and patient care.
Dr. Pereira scheduled a treatment for me TWO DAYS before I had a baby. The technician said “timing is really important” as she throws the switch and almost kills me. Avoid this provider at all costs. He then broke HIPPA laws by talking to other providers and even my father about me. He should have his license pulled.
When I first scheduled my appointment, everything seemed to run smoothly and the staff was able to get me an appointment quickly. The office is very clean and there is plenty of parking. However, meeting with Dr. Perera was just uncomfortable and awkward. I felt like he should have at least made a genuine effort to get to know me, but our interaction was brief and impersonal. I would not return.
I wish people knew the truth about this "psychiatrist". Two sham/money hungry doctors together on tv at once---Oz and Perera. I urge anyone who needs professional, compassionate psychiatric help to go elsewhere. This is ABOUT MONEY.
First and foremost--Dr. Perera values money. It is important that any prospective patient know that your mental health (or that of a loved one) may not be the priority. The treatment he is touting is controversial at best. It is, however, a big money maker.
Dr. Perera really tries to get a good understanding about me more than anyone can..But seems to have far more knowledge about the human brain and psyche than anyone in this line of work.
My experience was great with Dr. Perera. Very professional and caring. I would recommend him for anyone looking for a doctor in his field.
Dr. Perera has been a life changer, after 4 months I finally feel like I have found the psychiatrist that listens to my needs and has me on the best treatment plan. Thanks Dr.P!
Highly recommend very professional office setting. Staff very friendly and upbeat. Doc is very nice and professional and attentive helped out tremendously. Best practice I've been to in a long time
