Perera Painting Remodeling had taken care of my rental properties for years. 3 years ago they painted all the walls of my 3500 sqft house for rent by Eldridge, after the tenants left they messed up the walls, I was impressed, Humberto was able to touch up the whole house making it ready to rent again!!! Like new! Last month he helped me at my gas station by painting my new tire shop! The results are always top-notch! I’ve never seen a prettier garage! The epoxy and paint the Perera company did for us is still so pretty and clean. I’m a minimalist and they totally understood what I wanted. The walls in our home are perfection. They took everything I asked for into consideration & are so professional. I also love my bathroom walls, floors, shower/tub, everything is such a great vibe. If you’re looking for good people you can trust and be confident they will accomplish your dream home in a timely manner look no more!
