Perennial’s office and the project manager’s communication are terrible. The workers, the team, and the work they did are great! We recently completed a major project with Perennial and have encountered a few issues. One issue is a broken lock on our very expensive French sliding door. The door lock arrived broken. Adam came over, picked up the piece, and said he would get back with us. This has been over a month. Every time we call, we are told he is on it. Perennial Professional Services came highly recommended by my next door neighbor, who had worked with them twice, including on their own basement. I talked with five different companies, and, while Perennial wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), they were the most impressive. I requested a few audibles along the way, and they handled everything with patience and professionalism.
