I was flabbergasted when I received a letter in the mail one year after my case was supposed to be filed which I'm guessing they probably didn't because they decided they no longer want to be my attorney and a medical malpractice case. Who does that? Are you backing out because you're not strong enough you think that you can't win the case because obviously you took the case a year ago because you believed in it ?
