I had Pereira do site work for me in preparation for a patio install.I was not happy with the work or the price. John kept telling me to not woory about the price every time I asked him how much it would cost. My mistake, the job he did was quoted at $2000.00 5yrs. ago turned into a $5000.00 quote. I was very foolish to have the work done by Pereira without a written contract. The yard was left half done with the cleanup of raking the rock left over from the removal of said rock.
