I chose Peregrine Company after seeing how much they genuinely care about the Kalamazoo community. I regularly see Tom, the company's founder, picking up the mall during his morning walks to get coffee. Seeing that level of personal care made me feel safe choosing them as my landlord, and it was definitely the right call. Peregrine is the best luxury property company in the Kalamazoo/Portage area. Ester and Ryan are extremely responsive management (as well as being friendly and kind human beings). You get "big business" amenities with personalized "small business" service. Please do your research on similarly situated apartments (Exchange, Rose, Tall Timbers) before making a decision, and be sure to do walkthroughs.
