I had an exceptional bike fitting experience with Adam. Despite being younger and less experienced, he was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the entire process. The session went well beyond the typical time frame, but Adam never rushed and exceeded all my expectations. He even fitted me into cycling shoes at no extra charge. Additionally, he helped me choose the right sizes for multiple frames and answered my follow-up questions long after the initial fitting. 10/10
Every once in a while you stumble upon a business that is so well run and the service so exceptionally attentive that you can’t believe your own good fortune. Exceptional bike shop! I needed a Pirelli CX tire and Adam and team had it in stock - and have a broad selection of tires, accessories, Assos gear, and world-class bicycles. If you worship bikes, this is your temple. Will be visiting again soon.
