Perea Law, APC was absolutely great!! I spoke with Mr. Nathan Perea about my Landlord questions and issues. I explained to him, the problems I was having with disgruntle renter, and the issue I was having with the amount of their security deposit. He told me by law what I was to do as a Landlord. Very sad he has such high reviews, yet he never bothered to even call back on day he promised! Its been almost 4 weeks since I contacted him on a landlord/tenant issue. Guess he doesn't do business with disabled seniors, must not be as profitable. Didn't even have the decency to call and say he wasn't interested. Or he could have taken the cowards way out and sent an email. Man disgusts me! All I wanted out of my legal problem was a little respect. Couldn't even get that from this attorney! Such a shame!
