Right before our last snowstorm, our house was unusually dry and I was getting bloody noses. The morning the roads were the worst, our heating unit quit working. I called Danny at Perdue and he said there were a couple of emergency situations with senior citizens they needed to take care of first, but that he would get a technician out to help me. I would never use this company. They have come out to my rental several times. My heat went out before Christmas, and we got one excuse after another as to why they couldn't bring us our new unit. They put in a new unit and sat it on the power cord in mid-January. Several weeks in WINTER with KIDS in the home. They have been told several times to move the unit off the cord, and it's now mid-March, and it has still never been fixed. They put in the unit but left the hood off for several weeks, leaving the house exposed for ro... read more
