Theyve just lost a loyal customer. I had given recomendations to friends about their products, but after requesting a refund a second time...based "on human error". Wow...human error screwed up my order to begin with...shorted my order 2 items. There is always an excuse available...be the "Professionals" you claim to be. I would point out the 1, 10, 100 rule...it takes 1 thing to go wrong to cause 10 things to go wrong which causes 100 things to go wrong. After 2 " human errors, im done with Perdue Farms.
