Not happy this unit was 902. The unit is self with a nice place. The construction, and the noise from the elevator was horrible. Walking under the scaffold are not safe going into the east tower. So I tried to download the elevator noise, sound like a freight train, coming down the hallway and people in and out of the building late hours waking customers upbut apparently not this was a horrible experience with not on the website saying that all this construction was going on at this facility. horrible experience and management!!! we arrived earlier today; never once notified we didnt have water until trying to get into our room (lady wouldn’t let us in) we also paid for early arrival; yet never got! can’t get in touch with anyone about anything… has lied about when water issue would be resolved… we’ve yet to receive our parking passes and paper work (we’ve reported all these issues) yet no one can give any information. we have no way of using the bathroom nor showering!! when we got in the room there was still pe... read more
Poor poor property management!!! Have been without water all day. Reported this issue before 10am this morning and the plumber was just called around 9pm today. You can’t get in touch with anyone at all on the property. Thanks to the pool guy for trying to resolve the issue because that’s the only person we could find to report the issue. Will never stay here again. However Luxury coastal vacations was amazing and also tried all day to reach the property manager to have the issue resolved. Unbelievable Construction on patio. Scaffolds outside blocking all view have to keep curtains closed Sliding door blocked. And we're paying full price for this.
