Beautiful view! Very quiet and relaxing. Everything is clean, clean, clean.
This place is gorgeous great community and hot tub is great pool out and indoor pool is great beach service guys are incredible specifically Preston and coby the only reason I give this place 4 stars not 5 is because of one of the front desk lady's her name was Gayle she was incredibly rude when I told her the outdoor pool needed to be skimmed she said she would let someone know yet no body ever fixed the issue the next day I wanted to go into the gift shop and I tried for 2 hours and she was on lunch for way over 2 hours an... read more
We stayed in condo 704. Now we're not very picky people about our room. We're never in it much to care. Typically as long as it's clean and we don't feel dirty when we lay down to sleep we're pretty happy. But our room did not have hot water in the shower. We arrived on a Friday and informed the place that all faucets but our shower had hot water. We were told that's normal and asked if we could make due for the duration of our stay. I would not recommend staying here. Upon checking in (room 108, bottom floor), we immediately noticed cockroaches. We have multiple photos and videos documenting this. We contacted the manager right away, and he stated the issue had been treated two days prior and was “under control,” which was clearly not the case. He also tried to suggest that this was normal due to being on the bottom floor. Views are beautiful. Condo is popular for families with kids. Unit was nice and clean but the shower was on the cool side. Walls are very thin, Last night there people were above us and partied until 4:30AM. I had to drive 12 hours home that day so was extremely tired. Won’t star again if not on the top floor.
