Perdido Realty Vacations is not BBB accredited and now we know why. We had to resort to filing complaints with the Florida Board of Realty, the Office of the Attorney General for Florida, the Sandy Key Homeowners Association, and the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce in an effort to seek recovery of damages caused by Perdido Realty's false website advertising which resulted in us renting Unit 812 of Sandy Key condominiums without being told about all-day and all-week construction going on in our building and in our Unit. ... read more
Bad experience! The unit we rented had numerous issues that were never resolved and all we got back was an expression of sympathy!! I see that this business is not BBB accredited. That makes sense! I would like to warn other people about the way they do business.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! Called the week before to make sure at least one of two pools open since several people in our 4 units could not get into ocean Otherwise we would have canceled. Their words “ we guarantee at least one of the pools will be open.” WELL THEY LIED!! No compensation or notice until 2 days into our stay that the only pool open will be closed from Wednesday until Friday. Then they agreed they have no communication with the property HOA to know what happens on properties they are renting.
RecommendedCarrie Danbom at Perdido Realty was extremely helpful in accommodating us with an amazing 4 bedroom unit on the golf course in Lost Key! It was so clean, and beautifully decorated! We were only a quick bike ride away from the Beach Club and beach(and she helped us find a bike company who delivered right to our door!) We were lucky enough to be able to stay for an entire month and had no issues at all! She was extremely knowledgeable about restaurants, public beaches, state parks etc! We had planned on being married at City Hall. However, when we learned that Michele Stearns, COO, was able to officiate at weddings, we changed our plans completely . Thanks to Perdido Realty we were able to be married on the beach. Thank you to Val for making my beautiful bouquet. The staff at Perdido made our wedding day “special “. It is a day we will never forget! ♥️😊❤️
