We had an issue with a breaker tripping. They came out within an hour. Found that a bolt needed tightening ( as they suspected) and all systems were a go! Randy and Nate were friendly and professional. Great experience. Gary from Reef Runners has an exceptional team and Perdido is apart of the excellence.
We used this company to completely rewire our entire house a little over 2 years ago. We recently tried to use an outlet that had not been used since the rewire and it completely fried my Dyson vacuum. I spoke with the owner and he and all his staff that I spoke with were so nice and helpful. Mistakes happen and it is how you respond that matters. Not only did they come out the very next day after I called but they are replacing my vacuum. If only more companies did business this way. I absolutely recommend them to anyone.
