Michael in radiology was very unapproachable. Did not communicate and spoke so low no one could hear him. He was very monotoned and seemed to not care about patients.

BAD customer service and care. Went in Wednesday for pain in left hip. Had minimal exam. Received prescription for Indocin. No crutches or cane (NO prescription offered). Xray done. Arranged to pick up CD copy. Went in. RN (Dale) said sit down to wait. "Busy". I had no rush. He finished checking in patient then checked in pizza from delivery man. Another lady brought me a form to fill out. The SECURITY officer took my (HIPPA protected) info to the back and after about 30 minutes the radiology tech brought my CD. I was concer... read more
Just left. My daughter was seen for one thing. Treated with a med. while there but then diagnosed with two things on paper that had absolutely nothing to do with what she was there for and given two prescriptions for something she does not have even the tests they took came back crystal clear. Did they get her and another patient confused for one another? Feeling very disturbed right now. I was just seen there and I cannot express my gratitude for how kind everyone was to me. My health is a giant pain in the behind (that is a pun, if anyone that treated me sees this) and often times I don't get taken too seriously because of my age. Dr. Groves has EXCELLENT bedside manner and every nurse and/or tech I spoke to was super kind and efficient. I would recommend Perdido Bay ER to anyone that needs care. Thank you again.
