Quoted two weeks for a repair. Took 8 weeks, and still not all fixed. Promised call backs on no less than four occasions, didn't happen once. Drove off to be met with a warning light. Still waiting for my invoice to be emailed over that I need for insurance a week down the line. Told they'll investigate but not a single piece of communication from them

Avoid at all costs! Would give this 0 star if I could. My car was sent here by a 3rd party insurance company after someone crashed into my parked car damaging the front panel and ripping my front bumper off. After 3 weeks I was told my car was ready...when I went to collect it the new bumper and side pannel were a completely different colour way darker than the rest of my car, which the manager tried to tell me was normal and all cars look like this. left in the dark after another take over from another company, DO NOT take your warranty work here. 1 year waiting for paint work and not a single update from their staff at any time. utterly pathetic service

Had my Audi in for repair after a non fault accident and this company dealt with it all very professionally, my car was repaired to a very high standard without drama, would recommend.
