Couldn’t even get past the receptionist to get a consultation with a lawyer. I tried explaining my situation two different ways and she kept reciting a 2 year rule. Which from what I have read about Florida law is the 2 years starts from the date of discovery not date of the malpractice and there is a 4 year limit from date of injury.
