I had a great experience at Percy Jack today. Had an overall service and really appreciate how the boys talked me through everything they did. This creates confidence in the safety and reliability of my Hayabusa. I've been a customer for over 10 years (I remember the Redfern shop) and never intend to go elsewhere. Mitch and team were awesome. Took the time to take in my ‘95 XJ600S for an initial pink slip, minor service and general checkup. Gave me the option for the bare minimum to pass the pink slip which was a to replace the brake switch. However then recommended what I should get done to get the bike back to being A1. Weren’t pushy at all. Needless to say I went with everything that was recommended. It now feels like a completely different bike in the best way possible. Will definitely be back.
I have been bringing my bike to Percy Jack for the past three years and I honestly would not go anywhere else. Cody, Mitch and John always make you feel like you genuinely matter as a customer.
