I have been his patient for well over 10 yrs and he has been the most caring, up front, & trusting PCP I know. He responds quickly to all messages. I love him and will continue to see him.
What brought me here is searching for Dr. Howard. I visited with him once and was determine to make him my GYN. I was very pleased with the way he listened to my problem and referred me in the right direction. I agree with the above reviewer his staff was not as impressive. I was not going to go back to his office until I met him and realized his staff don't properly reflect his persona.
He has been my doctor for years! He is very through, understanding and one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. His staff is always extremely nice and very welcoming.
The doctor himself is a good doctor. But his front staff has a rating of 1. They're very arrogant and confrontational. When You call with a simple question or for help, you always get a recording. Then it takes 3 to 4 days to get a callback from them with an attitude.They overtalk you like you're not educated and they know it all.Zero compassion.Unfortunately you can't get to the doctor directly. I may switch doctors because of this.
