I am 8 months pregnant and saw Aspen for integrative pelvic therapy. I should have done this years ago as a way to explore and deepen my understanding for my female health. Aspen was soo professional, and create the most beautiful, safe, container for me to understand my body and help in preparation of my next birth. I’ve learned so much about the interconnectedness of my pelvic floor, breathe, etc. I can’t wait to work with Aspen again - it’s been game changing!
