He was great at my initial appointment, spent time asked questions as I was very sick, took a few tests, but then disappeared. He would not respond to the emails I sent from the portal. I was told I needed an EMG and was given the phone number to radiology, which was the wrong department. When his office finally provided the right department to request the test (that took two weeks), I was told I could not get the EMG test for 2 1/2 months, and he would do nothing until he had the EMG results.
