The reason I gave it a 1 star is because after I finally got ahold of Mr Percer, I found out that he was retired now!!!
I just wanted to say why I gave only a 1 star is because Mike has retired and he said that another guy has taken over the Trane air conditioning services, well that guy was very rude on his recording on his phone number, and when he did call me back he was rude again so I opted to go with AAA air conditioning they also are Trane service company, very nice people and they were very professional and friendly and prompt.
