Highly do not recommend! It’s crazy how much I have paid this office in past 2 mos. Had a appointment today at 4. Sat in my Jeep for 35 min. Let them know I was there. Hot 🥵! Running my gas out and way over priced for services! No way... simple eye infection and needed help to get out of town to see my elderly Mother in Law. Melody is sweetheart and understands! I literally drove down street and walked in and out with another eye doctor and on my way!

On vacation....lost a contact lens and didn't have back up pair (packed the husbands contacts just not mine). I was able to call and get a last minute appointment and this awesome staff and dr worked me in and gave me some of the best customer service ever!!!
Being new to the area, I mentioned to a friend that I needed to find an eye doctor. They suggested Dr. Tara Parnell. I must say I'm very impressed with everything at Perceptions Eye Health and Wellness. Dr. Parnell is wonderful. She is very pleasant and takes her time with you. She did a thorough eye exam with state of the art equipment. The staff is also very welcoming. Their location is easy to get to and plenty of parking. It's nicely decorated. I highly recommend Dr. Parnell and Perceptions Eye Care.
Dr. Parnell is a wonderful doctor and takes her time to listen to you. She has the state of the art equipment and a beautiful new office! Her staff is also trained to remain engaged in your well being and expectations.
