Peraza Construction is on of the best contractors I have had in my 7 year journey of remodeling my home. Hands down Alex has provided solutions that no one else could think of including cost, quality and timeliness. He really listens to his client and provides options. I would high recommend him for any project. He is the only one I would hire to do anything in my house.
I was introduced to Alex when he was remodeling a home for a friend of mine; that went well! Since then I have used him several times. We first contacted Peraza to do some restoration work on two floors of our building following water damage due to our laundry room flooding. Alex Peraza met me on time for an initial walkthrough of the affected areas and provided estimates.
