On October 1, 2024, I took my autistic son to a physical appointment. We arrived at 4 PM and waited in the seating area, where it was uncomfortably warm at 78 degrees. After waiting for an hour and a half, Dr. Prelate was disrespectful, muttering that my son “didn’t look autistic” and repeating it several times. He failed to follow proper medical procedures, neglecting to conduct my son’s blood work or administer the flu shot, which we had specifically requested. I visited Victor Peralta, MD @ MD Medical, Topcare Medical, Mi Doctor inArlington, Texas on June 6, 2023 for refills. Not only was this Dr rude to me by talking over me & not listening to me.....He refused to refill my meds. I will never visit this establishment again!
Horrible service & staff always slow even if have appointment takes hours to be seen
