Bought an ’06 Element EX-P from them. Communication, test drive, and the buying process were smooth. But right after signing and before leaving the lot, the CEL came on. They said it was an EVAP code, tightened the gas cap, and sent me off. On the way home, the pump kept shutting off while fueling, the tank overflowed, and the light returned, something they would’ve noticed filling it up for the test drive.
