Breaking down review into two sections (Doctor, Staff) Staff - I had no issues getting into contact with someone immediately. Got my intake processed quickly end of day and was told on next steps. I think issues that others have is that they expecting an initial one hour appointment to be available immediately which I do not think is the mentality you should have. You will never be able to get a hold of anyone at this place. If you call, it will ring until it goes to voice mail. This is an issue because I can’t talk at any other time. They do not do email correspondence. The front desk staff is very unfriendly. I see Dr Bard and she is phenomenal, caring, and empathetic but unfortunately I will be looking for care elsewhere due to the fact that I just cannot ever get a hold of someone. Angelica Pucha is the most intelligent, knowledgeable, most experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner I’ve ever come across. She has been unbelievably patient and has explained so much to me about my condition and taught me so much already about ways to handle my day to day. I am grateful in so many ways for her help, and I highly recommend this office.
Seriously the best practitioners I’ve come across. Helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Va truly cares about me and his patients. He actually takes the time to listen and goes into each and every conversation without a preconceived notion on how a person should be treated, both as a person and medically. My life has truly benefited from meeting and working with Dr. Va and the PRA staff and I recommend all persons struggling reach out to them.
