Recommend you do not use as a body repair shop. Karis, the body shop manager cannot provide timely updates, lacks attention to detail, and is unresponsive. I was give a three week estimate, and we are in month five of waiting on the repair, with no end in sight. Three times, I have been told my vehicle is ready only to find new problems after taking time off of work to pick up my vehicle.
Hot headed general manager with techs that cut corners. We took our truck to have them replace a bad purge valve, but all they did was ziptie a broken connector leading to the purge valve then charged us for a new purge valve. The shop techs are cuttings corners and not following through with installation of the correct parts. The general manager spreads rumors about customers to other customers and openly voices his own views on politics and religion to customers. The service mechanics are great and they know what they’re doing! This place really lacks with communicating with their customers, so continuing to have to call to receive simple information about your vehicle, payment, etc. can be daunting! I would like to continue to support but this is an important part of service, we will see if things eventually change for the better.
