Over torqued oil bolts on both cars, rounded one of them pretty good. One was on at least 60-80 foot pounds. It's a shame, Mike is very nice but I guess the techs don't care
Rude, Hot headed, racist Manager with techs that half ass these repairs. Instead of replacing the sensor connector, they zip tied the old connector to the housing and charged me full price as if they purchased a new connector. Avoid this shop like the plague,

Recommend you do not use as a body repair shop. Karis, the body shop manager cannot provide timely updates, lacks attention to detail, and is unresponsive. I was give a three week estimate, and we are in month five of waiting on the repair, with no end in sight. Three times, I have been told my vehicle is ready only to find new problems after taking time off of work to pick up my vehicle.
