My technician’s Tyler W. and Shawna S. where awesome! Very friendly, talkative, and very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. Also made sure I felt comfortable with everything before they left.
Eric, Installation Tech, did a great job on the installation of our equipment. We were replacing another vendors system so there were lots of wire to be traced and the old system figured out. Price of installation was very fair and we will be saving money on the monitoring fee.
