I had a 3 year old Shepherd-Husky mix who became ill suddenly about 4 years ago. My vet at the time was unavailable and I did not know why. I started trying to call other vets to see if I could get an appt. I finally had called Dr, Krupnick whom I did not know, and he said it sounded like an emergency and to bring my dog to an animal hospital. The nearest one was in Caldwell. Did this veterinarian rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Is this business in a safe neighborhood? 5 stars. dr. krupnick was sweet, and attentive to my family and my pet, montana. the girls that work for him are great and have told me they will cry with us if we had to put our dear rottie montana down. she is 9yrs & 10 months.. her test results came back an a+. the meds are helping and we know the arthritis is just age and if we have another couple of months or another yr. its worth it. so from marilyn, & james fontanella THANK YOU!!!!! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
