The graduation plaque was beautiful and made a special keepsake for my son’s graduation. However, I was accidentally charged for two plaques when I only intended to purchase one. The issue was eventually corrected with a refund, but it caused unnecessary stress and confusion during an already busy graduation week. I hope more attention can be given to order accuracy in the future.
BEWARE!!!!! We ordered shirts at the State games from this company. Got an email that our shirts were shipped. Summary of shirts showed for girls basketball. We ordered for our boys team. Called and emailed. Finally got someone to answer the phone and they assured me that we were get the boys state champ shirts. We did, but the completely wrong design. Ordered from them at the UIL Basketball State Championships. Have not received my merchandise, and no correspondence. It’s been over a month, they never answer the phone or reply to emails.
Ordered labubu at bands or america nationals with band shirt since they were sold out. 2 months later still haven't received it.
What a crap company. Ordered a few Christmas gifts in early December. Not a word from this company about my order till after Christmas. So disappointed, suggest not doing business with them.
